Dolci Passioni or “Sweet Passions” is an Italian cookbook written by Enza Bettelli. This book cover redesign captures the fun, traditional, and sophisticated aspects of Italian baking. The design consists of handmade, off-the-computer elements made from the same ingredients used to create crostate or traditional Italian cakes.
